Kidderminster chairman Ken Rae is one of three people to quit the club's board with immediate effect.
Gino Ruffinato and John Davies have also left the board, leaving just three people on the Board including the two KHIST Supporters Trust representatives.
Earlier today the club put season tickets on sale and announced their first pre-season friendly - an all-ticket game with Birmingham City - but fans have been left bewildered by the news this afternoon.
