It appears that the Articles of Association for Hereford FC have been agreed and will be forwarded to Companies House tomorrow so that they can be filed before the deadline of April 1st.
The Articles are yet to be published but were looked by by several people not immediately connected with Hereford FC or HUST after which some amendments were made.
