Herefordshire Council says it is still considering it's legal options over the Edgar Street leases.
It is nearly two weeks since the Council tried to repossess Edgar Street over non-payment of debts, prompting the club to pay more than £50,000 owed the following day. Since then, the Council have consulted with their legal team over other avenues and have confirmed on Twitter that they are still investigating options.
Hereford United are back in Court over the winding-up petition in 26 days.
