Another episode in the life of Hereford United at the High Court will take place on Monday.
The club's winding-up petition will be case number ten in court number one which is on the first floor of the rolls building.
The case will be heard by Mr Registrar Baister and should commence shortly after 10.30am.
For the record Dr Stephen Baister was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and licensed as an insolvency practitioner in 1985. He was in private practice, specialising in insolvency and commercial litigation, until he was appointed to the High Court as a bankruptcy registrar in 1996, becoming chief bankruptcy registrar in 2004.
