Nathan: Four Objectives

Interim CEO Joel Nathan says that the new regime had four objectives when they arrived at the club.

Speaking to the Hereford Times, Nathan said: "One was to satisfy the football creditors and two was to get the stadium straight.

“The third objective was to get a league in which to play and the fourth was to get a playing squad together which would justify all the effort that we would be put in.”

As it stands there are football creditors outstanding, and the stadium had had it's capacity cut by more than 80%. They do have a league to play in, despite bending the rules on numerous occasions and dropping two divisions despite assuring supporters they would secure a place in the Conference.

As for the fourth objective, that the squad assembled would justify the effort. That is yet to be proven either way, but to have 6/1 bookies odds for your opening home match is hardly promising.

So it's one out of four. So far.
