It is expected that Hereford United chairman, David Keyte, will call an EGM of shareholders to discuss any proposed investment into the club.
"The detail of the agreed deal is no doubt to be the subject of an EGM as soon as it is complete," Ketye told BN this morning.
Keyte has also said that he is hopeful Pete Beadle will be manager of Hereford United next season.
"My comments re Pete Beadle merely cover the possibility that if
someone new comes in with a large sum of money, they may wish to have a
say in the selection of the next manager.
"For my part I have
strongly put forward Peter's case and remain hopeful that the local
knowledge on the current board will carry some weight."
