With chairman David Keyte still away, director Dave Preedy will be off to London tomorrow.
His mission is to go to the High Court and make the case for a short extension to allow Hereford United to pay the remaining part of the £78K owed to HMRC.
The club paid around £40K of the £78k on Friday with an agreement to pay the rest within seven days.
However someone from the club needs to make the case to the court although it is thought this will be a formality.
