Hereford United's first team held a meeting this morning which kept them from training for around thirty minutes according to BBC Midlands. The meeting was held to discuss their 'perilous plight'.
The players haven't been paid for eight weeks and will out of contract at the end of the month.
"Anyone would struggle if they hadn't been paid for two months", said keeper Rhys Evans.
"It's that fine line which we have spoken about as a group of players between being professional and trying to do your job properly and doing what's right for you."
Manager Peter Beadle has a difficult task in trying to motivate the players.
"They are playing for their futures where ever that may be.
"One thing we've tried to maintain is that you set your own standards.
"I know it's tough but but you've got to remain positive and keep those standards high in everything that we do."
