The Bulls have confirmed that they have made a part payment of the HMRC debt ahead of Monday's court appearance.
It is understood that around half the bill has been settled, with the income from this weekend being offered to HMRC in a bid to get a short adjournment in proceedings to allow the funds to arrive at the club in full.
