Torquay midfielder Joss Labadie has been suspended for ten games after being found guilty by the FA of biting Chesterfield's Ollie Banks during the two sides' game in January. Labadie, who denied the charge, has been fined £2,000 and will miss all but one of the Gulls' remaining games this season subject to an appeal. The former Notts County man scored the winning goal against Rochdale last night.
