Hereford United's annual accounts for the year ending May 31st 2013 are not expected to be completed until well into the New Year.
Shareholders are, therefore, unlikely to see the latest figures before mid-February at the earliest.
It's not immediately known why the accounts have been delayed. It may be the the directors have been pre-occupied with keeping the club in business given the continual lack of income and also the recent share issue.
The accounts should be lodged with Companies House by February 28th.
