ACV Is Having Damaging Effect On Share Issue Says Pritchard

Hereford United director Bob Pritchard remains of the opinion that the ACV (Asset Of Community Value) application by the Supporters Trust could have a detrimental effect on the new share issue.

"Clearly this application will have and is having a damaging effect on the share issue," Pritchard told the OS.

He also feels it is hindering his attempts to sort out new leases for the Edgar Street ground.

"My priority is to complete the leases, however the ACV application could mean that I am unable to do the job that I have been asked to do on behalf of the football club and I will therefore consider my future position on the delivery of developer intent."

Pritchard wants talks with the Supporters Trust.

"It is imperative we all get together to agree a joint strategy."

However he made it clear that any ACV should not come into being until after the new leases are 'signed and engrossed'.

Discussions between Club chairman David Keyte and Trust acting chairman Chris Williams are expected to take place during the week commencing October 28th.
