The Bulls entertain Hyde on Saturday for a Conference match at Edgar Street.
It will be Hyde's second trip to Edgar Street after a 4th Round FA Trophy tie back in 2005. That day the Bulls ran out 3-0 winners with Tamika Mkandawire, Rob Purdie, and Danny Carey-Bertram the scorers in front of 1,570. The Bulls will be looking for revenge for September's capitulation at Ewen Fields when, despite Ryan Bowman's two goals, the Bulls conceded five in an abject performance.
The Bulls will hope to feature Craig Jones providing his transfer goes through ahead of today's deadline. The former Edgar Street trainee started in three of his five first team appearances during his previous stint, and appeared to have a bright future when starting back-to-back games for the Bulls at the start of the 09/10 season, but for a back injury to stop him from playing again for the Bulls. Since leaving Edgar Street Jones has been lighting up the Midland Football Alliance with Westfields, netting 13 times from midfield this season.
Hyde will travel to Edgar Street with a full coach of supporters keen on finishing an unlikely double against the Bulls. The part-timers were relegation favourites pre-season but have largely kept their head above water after a slow start to the season. They sit two points clear of the bottom four having scalped Luton in their last away game. Top scorer Phil Jevons has 16 goals with Scott Spencer on 10.
