Preview: Bulls vs Wrexham

The Bulls entertain Wrexham in a Conference match at Edgar Street on Tuesday night.

The Bulls have had the better in the games between the two sides in recent meetings, winning the last four and scoring twice in each game. The Bulls will be looking for a double after winning 2-1 at the Racecourse back in November with Luke Graham and Chris Todd scoring, while it is nearly five years since goals from Theo Robinson and Gary Hooper consigned the Dragons to the Conference in their last visit to Edgar Street.

The Bulls remain unbeaten in 2013 with six games played so far, with the run coinciding with the arrivals of Chris Sharp and James Musa. The former Telford man netted for the first time at the weekend, while New Zealander Musa was recognised for his assured performance at the weekend with a nod in the Non-League Paper's Team of the Week. Marlon Jackson also came through an extended sub appearance with no ill effects to continue his return to pace.

Dragons boss Andy Morrell brings his second place squad to Edgar Street on the back of a 10 game unbeaten run since they suffered a 1-0 loss to leaders Grimsby just before Christmas. Morrell has been their main striker in recent weeks with fellow veteran Brett Ormerod injured, operating alongside top scorer Danny Wright. Wright has six goals in his last eight games, with Morrell having netted three times in 20 Conference matches.

Hereford United vs Wrexham, Edgar Street, Tuesday 12th February, 7.45pm.
