Luton have extended the loan of forward Jake Robinson for a second month. The Northampton man has started one of four appearances for the Hatters. Kettering's death rattle continues with news that the electricity has been cut off at Nene Park this morning due to unpaid bills. The club is expected to fold sooner rather than later with most of their players and supporters now having deserted them.

Bristol Rovers have banned former club director Kevin Spencer for life after continued criticism of the club's board since his departure six years ago. In a statement, Spencer said the move would end his 42 years as a fan of the club. Former Bulls loanee Jason Price has been named the Welsh Premier Player of the Month for September after netting eight times in six games since joining Prestatyn.

Mansfield boss Paul Cox says he will recall defender John Dempster from his loan spell at Tamworth with full back John Thompson and catapult Exodus Geohaghon both picking up injuries at the weekend that are expected to rule them out for several weeks. Port Vale winger Lewis Haldane has retired from football at the age of 27 after failing to overcome the double leg break he suffered in August 2011. He was diagnosed with severe cartilage damage that was deemed irrepairable by experts.

Wycombe charged fans £5 entry, with £1 for kids, on Saturday but mustered a crowd of just 4,205 for their home match with Torquay. The gate was just 400 up on their average attendance for the season, where tickets usually cost £22.
