Truro City face a 5pm deadline to satisfy the Conference with a bond to cover other team's travelling expenses if they go bust. The local council have offered £10,000 of the £50,000 demand but the only bidder to have gone public, former manager Steve Massey, says the club is paying good Conference wages on a Western League income and has pulled out of discussions.

The 20 year old has made only two apperances this season. Former Bulls striker Neil Lyne has been put in joint caretaker charge, along with assistant boss Carl Heggs, at Hinckley after Dean Thomas quit yesterday.
