As well as speaking to shareholders and BN last night, Hereford United chairman David Keyte has done interviews with both the Hereford Times and BBC Hereford and Worcester today in an attempt to point out just how bad the financial situation is at Edgar Street.
Here's part of his H&W interview with Andrew Easton.
"We're in a difficult place at the moment financially," said Keyte.
"We've suffered a relegation from the Football League.
"When you were given £734,000 of funding (from the FL) and it falls to £250,000 a few weeks later, it's a fair chunk of the reason.
"Other reasons are the disappointment of relegation and the general financial climate where £16 a match is beyond the reach of some people.
"If you've got to find the best part of £0.5M of lost funding it is not the right time to be speculating about dropping prices without a little bit more knowledge as to how many extra people have to come through the door."
Easton mentioned Gary Peters and asked why Hereford had to have a director of football.
"The position was introduced because we made the decision to give a chance to a young manager, Jamie Pitman.
"He wanted some guidence, we wanted him to have some guidence and hence Peters was brought in as director of football."
Easton questioned the cost of Peters.
"We're looking at every line of the budget.
"We thought we had sorted the budget for this year even with reduction of £0.5M and our latest situation is that support is dwindling, as it is across the country, and we are about 30% below where we need to be.
"We've lost £66K over in eight matches against budget. So what we thought we had rectified we have another challenge now. The bills keep coming through the door.
"The danger is that you begin a downward spirall.
"We have cut the player budget quite substantially, by 30% this year. If you continue to cut that then you can't meet the demands of the supporter who wants to see their team pushing for the top of the league.
"At this moment we have put the message out that this is your club. This is Hereford United.
"There are surely 2,000/2,500 people who may not be able to get there on a Saturday but can listen to these reports and help in a small way.
"We've had a guy who is a London based Hereford United supporter, he has paid for a seat for the rest of the season but he can't get there.
"Two ladies, both pensioners, last night have given us cheques for £100 and £200 because they want to help.
"One guy is based in Spain has put a £1000 in today to help with the player budget.
"Many hands make light work."
To end Keyte was asked how far away is the club from administration.
"We'll try to avoid that at all costs for football reasons but we have got due next week a £35K PAYE bill.
"I've absolutely no doubt that HMRC would start their recovery process next week."
