Another event planned is a Sponsored Walk from Malvern to Hereford on the morning of the AFC Telford home game on December 1st. Organiser Jon Hale has already secured a number of volunteers to make the journey but is looking for more. If you would like to help out please email Jon. Details on how to sponsor them will be released shortly.
Meanwhile, fans Carl Haffenden and Stefan Davies are looking to organise a sponsored head shave or leg wax. Anyone wishing to go through the experience to help the club is asked to contact them through the Your Hereford Facebook page or on Twitter. In other news, for those that didn't see it, a video of Downton Abbey actor, and Bulls fan, Matt Milne calling for someone to help the Bulls on This Morning can be seen here. The plea is towards the end of the video, around the 6m30s mark.
Here's a summary:
One of the new stars of Downton Abbey has directly appealed for people to help save Hereford United.
Matt Milne appeared on This Morning on ITV1 earlier this week, and showed off the badge on his Hereford United away shirt.
After talking about his new role in the drama, Philip Schofield interrupted: "Youre directly appealing to Richard Branson or Simon Cowell..."
The former Hereford Sixth Form College student told the programme: "My home team club Hereford United are in severe financial difficultues and they could get wiped out so if anyone wants to invest a load of money..."
