Stockport have launched a scheme to sell adult season tickets for next season for £120 if they can get sufficient people to back the scheme to match this season's projected £660,000 gate income. They have so far had nearly £50,000 of purchases through the scheme's website, but will refund all monies if the target is not met with ticket prices reverting to this season's figures. Meanwhile, Hatters chairman Lord Peter Snape has claimed that Greater Manchester Police are using his club to train their officers and bill the club for the privilege. He says their recent match with Wrexham incurred a bill of £11,000 for Police, far in excess of requirements.

Port Vale's Administrator has told the press that he has had three serious enquiries for the club, and they have already met with two with them wanting firm bids within a week. One is a local piping company, while Mo Chaudry has also told the Administrator he is interested in making an offer. Swindon have nicked loan midfielder Lee Holmes from rivals Oxford. The Southampton player had spent a month with the U's and they were keen to extend his deal, but the Robins have pounced to sign the 24 year old after offering to pay more of his wages.

Aldershot have signed Stevenage midfielder Robert Sinclair on a month long loan. The 22 year old is expected to be free to leave the League One side in the summer after not featuring for them this season. Rotherham are to sign teenage Southampton striker Sam Hoskins on loan for the rest of the season. The 19 year old has made only two first team sub appearances for the Saints so far.

Plymouth have loaned striker Isaac Vassell to Truro for an initial month. The 18 year old has dropped out of the first team picture after the Pilgrims had their transfer embargo lifted. Luton are to appeal the red card handed to former Bull Janos Kovacs during last night's draw at Darlington last night. Stuart Fleetwood scored a late equaliser after the Quakers had taken an 85th minute lead from the penalty spot.

Darlington are to cut their admission prices to £15 a game for the rest of the season after attracting just 1,250 home fans to last night's match with Luton. The FA are expected to announce a two year trial where rolling substitutions will be tested in amateur football on Saturdays and Sundays. Teams would be allowed to name five subs with unlimited changes through the game.

Macclesfield will be missing loanee Marcus Marshall for the next two games through injury, while they expect midfielder Dwayne Mattis to miss the remainder of the season. The will be missing up to ten players on Saturday through injury and illness with boss Gary Simpson seeking new loan reinforcements. Mathieu Manset was a second half sub for Shanghai Shenhua in their opening Chinese Super League match with Jiangsu Sainty. The game ended 1-1 with Australian Joel Griffiths scoring for Shenhua, while Nicolas Anelka missed the game through injury.

Accrington have released keeper Sean Murdoch by mutual consent. The 25 year old former Hamilton and Forfar stopper started the season as their first choice but hasn't played in the first team in four months. Former Bulls loanee Marlon Jackson has joined Telford on loan for the second time this season. The 21 year old played in last night's win over Kidderminster.

Aldershot face an automatic £500 fine after having six players booked in last night's draw at Crawley. Referee David Phillips also booked three Crawley players. Macclesfield have signed Oldham striker Matt Smith on loan until the end of the season. The 22 year old was signed in the summer from Solihull Moors but has started in just four of 35 appearances this season, netting three times.
