Port Vale boss Micky Adams has moved to quash speculation that he is set to quit the club. Adams' comments after Saturday's game led to rumours that he was ready to 'engineer' an exit from the club, but he says he only took advice from the League Managers' Association and others to clarify his position now the club is in Administration. Supporters Direct say there has now been 92 insolvencies in the top five divisions of the football pyramid in the last 20 years.

Northampton have told midfielder Michael Built he will not be offered a new deal in the summer. The New Zealand teenage winger has been with the club since January 2011 but has not made a first team appearance. The Cobblers hope to extend loan deals for striker Brett Williams and full back Blair Adams. Burton have now extended their goalless streak to 500 minutes. They have failed to score in any of their last five matches.

Oxford have allowed loan striker Medhi Kerrouche to return to Swindon after he started only one game for the U's. The Frenchman has been told he can leave the Robins despite scoring eight times in 19 games for the club. Morecambe have reported that loan defender Sean McGinty dislocated his shoulder during Saturday's game with the Bulls. The Man Utd teenager was subbed at half time during the match.

Crewe have returned defender James Tunnicliffe to Wycombe after he was diagnosed as requiring surgery on a shoulder problem. The 23 year old played only twice for the Railwaymen. Southend are to trial QPR striker Rowan Vine in their reserve side tomorrow. They will also field former Scotland international Christian Dailly.

Dagenham have signed Bournemouth defender Mathieu Baudry on loan for a month. The Frenchman, 24, hasn't played since September due to injury but was a regular beforehand. Accrington have sent loan striker Michael Smith back to Charlto after he was ruled out for the season with a knee injury. He scored three times against Gillingham during his six matches with Stanley.
