Results Round-Up

The Bulls are at the foot of the League Two table, one of just three sides yet to gain a point. Crewe avoided bottom spot by scoring the first of their season in their 2-1 loss at home to Gillingham, while Macclesfield also remain pointless after losing 2-0 at Crawley.

The Gills are one of three sides on maximum points, with Rotherham top of the pile after winning 4-1 at Plymouth and Southend third after a 2-1 win at Accrington. Port Vale won 3-1 at Barnet to be one of four sides on four points with Torquay shocking Bristol Rovers with a 2-1 win at the Memorial Ground, and Northampton winning 1-0 at Aldershot.

In the other games Shrewsbury are yet to win after drawing 1-1 with Burton, while Cheltenham beat Swindon 1-0 in their on-off game. Wimbledon collected their first Football League points with a 2-0 win at Dagenham, and Oxford drew 1-1 with Bradford.

In the Conference Forest Green opened their season last night with a 1-1 draw with Stockport, while Kidderminster lost 3-2 to Gateshead this afternoon. Lincoln's return to the fifth tier saw them draw 2-2 at Southport, while Grimsby went down 2-0 to Fleetwood.
