Southend are facing another winding up order from the taxman, according to the local press, but a club source claims that the £30,000 demand hasn't brought along another transfer embargo. The club have received revised planning permission to develop their new ground in two stages. The ground will now be built with just three sides until the fourth can be completed at a later stage when a hotel partner has been found.

Stockport have signed Southampton forward Ryan Doble on a months loan. The Welsh u21 international signed a new deal with the Saints earlier in the week but is yet to make his senior debut. Lincoln have extended the loan of Reading defender Julian Kelly for two further months. The 21 year old has played eight times during his first month at the club.

Macclesfield have extended the contract of defender Tony Diagne until the end of next season. The former Nottm Forest trainee only signed for the Silkmen in January. Morecambe boss Sammy McIlroy has blamed the late delivery of their new Globe Arena home for his side's poor home form. They only took control of the stadium in August, and his side is not allowed to train at the ground while the pitch is still bedding in.

Lincoln have allowed striker Drewe Broughton to join AFC Wimbledon on loan for the remainder of the season. The 32 year old hasn't scored in 27 appearances for the Imps since originally signing on loan last season. Accrington say they will be unable to meet this month's tax bill on time. The expected £30,000 bill should be met as long as Tuesday's planned home game with Crewe goes ahead, but payment will be late.

Port Vale supporters intend to hold a protest during tonight's live Sky match with Bradford. The 'black and gold' protestors intend to turn up late for the game in a bid to maximise visibility, and will protest outside the ground after the match. Manager Jim Gannon says he expects to have to return his four loan players to their parent club when their loans expire over the next week as the club do not have the budget to extend them.

Former Bulls winger Jack McLeod is set to move up to Conf South football with Thurrock after they put in seven days notice to current club Leatherhead of. McLeod has scored six goals for the Ryman One South side. Meanwhile former teammate Bradley Hudson-Odoi appears to have left Thurrock after just three games. He joined them in late December but seems to have left shortly after the manager quit in early January.

Stockport are to sign Everton midfielder James Wallace on a months loan. The England u20 man had a month on loan at Bury earlier in the season but made only one appearance after most of their games were postponed. Aldershot are to sign Lincoln winger Albert Jarrett on a months loan. The former Barnet man was a revelation for the Imps in better weather, but has struggled on the heavier pitches.
