Whilst there are likely to be lots of stories about who might buy Mathieu Manset from Hereford United in the next few days, one unexpected piece of speculation has been suggested in this morning's Mirror.
They report that the new Crystal Palace manager, Dougie Freedman is set to appoint veteran Lennie Lawrence as his assistant. The former Charlton chief has just taken up a post at Hereford but could be tempted by a switch to the London club.
Meanwhile it has been confirmed that a scout working for Swansea City was at Edgar Street last Saturday.
