The Lincolnshire Echo is reporting that Lincoln are one of a number of clubs wanting to sign Gavin McCallum.
With his contract still remaining unsigned, the paper reports that the Imps have tracked him since he played - and scored - against them in the 2-0 win at Edgar Street back in February. Because of his age, the Bulls would be entitled to compensation should he leave for another English side.
He remains one of three players still awaiting contract decisions, with Richard Rose and Darren Jones also holding offers.
Meanwhile, former Bull Michael Rose is a target of Swindon. He is expected to leave Stockport this summer when, as anticipated, Jim Gannon returns to the club. Rose, who played 88 times for the Bulls between 2002 and 2004, has also previously been reported as being targeted by Hartlepool.
