Hereford United are currently 92nd in the Football Attendance Chart for clubs from levels one to eight as compiled by Mike Avery.

Not surprisingly the chart has Manchester United on top with an average gate of 74729 which is 1% down on last season.

As regards League Two clubs, Bradford City are 45th with an average gate of 11416. That is 10% less than last season.

However there are five Championship sides with lower gates than Bradford. These are Doncaster, Plymouth, Peterborough, Blackpool and Scunthorpe (6598).

Oxford City from the Conference are in 60th position with an average gate of 6158. In fact there are five other Conference clubs with higher gates than Hereford United. They are Mansfield, AFC Wimbledon, Cambridge United, Wrexham and York (2652 up 16% on the year).

Hereford's current average gate is 2164 which is 34% down on last season. But the Bulls are not alone with large drops in attendance. Conference clubs Northwich Victoria and Lewis have recorded drops of 37% and 42% respectively.

Taking account of all 354 clubs in the table, gates are up by 3%.
