Torquay hit by sucker punch - Buckle

In his post match interviews Torquay manager Paul Buckle suggested that in his view Hereford were not better than his side.

"We started the game very well again but it seems to be a mirror of the last six or seven games if I am honest," said Buckle.

"We were a force in the first half and in the first twenty minutes we were all over Hereford. Then we were hit by a sucker punch on their first attempt on goal so I'm bitterly disappointed and it's a tough one to take again. We can't keep conceding goals like we did today especially after being excellent in much of the rest of the game.

"But we have got to be strong and stick together - the players have got to realise we have all got to get better. But I don't think Hereford were better than us."
