News Round Up

Torquay are to sign Spurs' teenage midfielder Sam Cox on loan until the end of the season. He has had previous loans with Cheltenham and Histon this season. Grimsby have extended the loan of Barnsley forward Michael Coulson until the end of the season. Aldershot have rejected a bid from Wycombe for midfielder Scott Donnelly, who is out of contract in the summer.

Rotherham have nicked Oldham's chief scout. He was brought to Oldham by current Millers boss Ronnie Moore five years ago. Lincoln trainee Graham Hutchinson is on trial with Fulham. The Scottish u17 international is yet to play for their first team. Macclesfield boss Keith Alexander has signed a new two year deal with the club. He has been in charge for nearly two years.

Burton have signed Jamaican international O'Neil Thompson on a months loan from Barnsley due to a defensive injury crisis. This week's Team of the Week featured two each from Bury, Grimsby, Chesterfield, and Dagenham. Cheltenham are giving trials to Watford pair Jordan Parkes and Billy Gibson. Moses Ashikodi has joined Ebbsfleet, and could play his first game against former club Kettering.

Worcester have sacked manager Richard Dryden. He spent just over two years in the job, but the club are just two points clear of the relegation zone in Conf South. Lincoln have denied speculation that Dwight Yorke is training with the club. Ex-Bull Jimmy Quinn is in the frame to be the next manager of Weymouth after the club sacked Ian Hutchinson just a week after giving him a contract until the end of the season.

Cheltenham forward Barry Hayles has turned down the chance to move back to Stevenage, where he first hit the headlines 14 years ago. Bournemouth have started selling season tickets for next season. Existing ticket holders can renew for the same price as this season regardless of which division they are in, with the club saying that ticket prices will rise next season.

Dagenham are reported to have had a bid accepted for Crewe defender Billy Jones. The former Exeter man is out of contract in the summer and could leave on a free.
