Unless Hereford gets a by-pass, 'motorists face a future of gridlock.'
That's the view of a multi-modal study by the Highways Agency and Herefordshire Council.
Now you might ask why should this concern a football site?
Because with Hereford United's ground destined to stay exactly where it is for many years to come, getting to it easily and parking close by is an important issue.
A consulation - Shaping Our Place 2026 - was launched by Herefordshire Council yesterday and a relief road/by-pass has emerged as a key issue. The consultation takes place until March 12th.
