Green Confident With Home Advantage

Ryan Green has spoken to the Football League's official site about tomorrow's JPT area semi-final: "This is a game we know can win although we obviously also know that MK Dons will be favourites.

"We've got home advantage and that could be crucial. MK's form was poor before Saturday whereas we've been doing pretty well at home, so we'll go into the game with confidence and hopefully I'll be fit and back in the team. I've been playing with a dead-leg that turned into a strain and that's what ruled me out on Saturday. But if I'm passed fit and selected I'll be itching to play - especially with Wembley only two ties away."

Green missed out on a Johnstones Paint Trophy final three years ago with Bristol Rovers due to injury. The Bulls have made the area semi-final on four previous occasions, winning only once. Then, back in 1986, the Bulls lost to Bristol City in the area final in extra time of the second leg.

On the last occasion the Bulls made this stage in January 2006 the Bulls were still a Conference side. They beat League sides Mansfield, Port Vale, and Scunthorpe before falling 2-0 to Macclesfield.
