Hereford United have expressed an interest in Stourbridge's FA Cup hero Sean Evans according to a report in the Express and Star.
Evans, who plays on the left of mid-field, is a former Manchester United youngster who joined Stourbridge last August. Previously he had a short spell at Shrewsbury and recently he had a trial at Grimsby.
"Sean has been on trial with Grimsby. He deserves this opportunity. We’ve had interest from other clubs including Hereford. I’ll sit down with him and discuss his best options," said manager Gary Hackett.
"I won’t stand in anyone’s way if they can move on and upwards."
Evans comes from Ludlow.
