The month loan spell at Edgar Street for both Tristan Plummer and Marlon Jackson is up next week.
Speculation that one or both might be returning to their parent club, Bristol City, increased at the end of this afternoon's game when Plummer throw his shirt into the Meadow End.
Jackson started the game with Plummer on the bench but they swapped roles after Jackson came off probably because he couldn't shake off an injury from a hard tackle by an Accrington defender.
Manager John Trewick might have wished Plummer had gone on earlier as then he could have taken the penalty which Marc Pugh took and failed to convert.
Had he done so his goal talley whilst on loan would have risen to five.
Any loan for either player will need to be extended by mid-week.
