Knill Expects Tough Game

Bury boss Alan Knill expects a tough game tonight.

Knill told the local press, after their weekend win over Darlington, that they could use their performance at Darlington as a platform after a disappointing start to the season:

"We are up and running and need to kick on from here. The Hereford game will be a tough one as they are a good side. But we can take heart from the way that we played on Saturday and in the second-half of our Carling Cup defeat to West Brom."

Bury opened the season with a heavy home defeat to Bournemouth before conceding twice in the first half against West Brom. Their only goal of the season came against the Quakers, with loan striker Jordan Robertson scoring on his debut. Robertson played as both Andy Bishop and Danny Carlton are ruled out due to injury, and Andy Morrell has only managed 20 minutes this season.
