Mixed Forecasts Cause Confusion

The forecasted weather for Hereford has improved, with tonight's -3 temperature now predicted to be just -1.

Current Met Office forecasts say today will be clear and sunny, allowing the couple of inches of snow that fell overnight around Edgar Street to melt, whilst the milder overnight temperature should not cause as bad a freeze as previously expected.

However Brighton's official site says: Further snow has been forecast during the day, with sub-zero temperatures predicted again tonight. An inspection of both the pitch and the stadium will take place later this morning, with a decision expected by lunchtime.

As yet there is no official word from Hereford United about any pitch inspection.
