Northampton have signed Ipswich striker Billy Clarke on a months loan. The 21 year old spent the first half of the season at Darlington, scoring nine in 21 games. Scunthorpe have loaned keeper Josh Lillis to Notts County for a month to earn first team experience. Chesterfield have sold striker Jamie Ward to Sheff Utd for £330,000. Torquay will earn around £70,000 from their sell-on clause.
Ebbsfleet will give free entry to all for their FA Trophy match with Swindon Supermarine after owners MyFootballClub voted in favour of the move. They hope for a 3,000 gate. Weymouth owner Malcolm Curtis has handed his shares to the club and quit the board in order for new investment to be sought. Cambridge claim they've paid less than the original £25,000 loan fee to get Scott Rendell back from Peterboro, with Carlisle amongst the clubs he rejected to return to the Abbey Stadium.

They owe him around £90,000 from the remainder of his contract, with the club trying to offer a lesser amount according to his solicitors. Leyton Orient have released loanee Sam Parkin back to Luton and are unlikely to pursue their interest after the striker failed to score in 16 games at Brisbane Road.
