A new exclusive book, entitled ‘The Whites Are Going Up’, celebrating Hereford’s recent successful promotions will soon be available. It’s a high quality 200+ page bumper book packed with over 1000 full colour glossy images from the 2 recent promotion seasons for Hereford United.
An HUFC Official publication written by Club photographer Steve Niblett with assistance from the Official Website team and foreword by Graham Turner, it contains contributions from players, ex-players, staff and fans with their own experiences from 2005/6 and 2007/8. There are many unseen photos from the time and special features & interviews created solely for the book.
The book gives a match by match account of the 2 special seasons with an extended look at two crucial matches. There is a full colour 44 page chapter dedicated to the Playoff Final, showing the fans, the action, the reaction, the presentation and the exclusive changing room celebrations.
The second match examined in great detail is that unforgettable day on 26th April 2008 at Brentford when the unexpected happened and Hereford returned back to League One, 30 years after leaving it.

The official book launch is at Legends from 6pm onwards on Weds 26th November with the book being sold from the club shop that evening.
