It's been a great weekend for Hereford United striker Steve Guinan. Firstly on Friday he received a degree from the University of Gloucester, then yesterday he scored two goals against his former club Cheltenham.
Stephen Anthony Guinan was awarded a BSc degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences by the Rt Rev and Rt Hon Lord Carey of Clifton at a ceremony which took place in the majestic surroundings of Gloucester Cathedral on Friday morning.
Then yesterday afternoon those two goals.
"It was against my old club. I got a lot of friends there, lot of players still there and I know the majority of the staff," said Guinan.
"For me personally it was nice to get a couple of goals and more importantly for the team."
