Trewick in charge at Pegasus

Senior Coach John Trewick took charge of the Hereford United squad that travelled to Pegasus Juniors last night. Manager Graham Turner was reported to be watching another game.

One of the talking points from Old School Lane was the performance of trailist Tyrone Berry. Bulls News reported that the 21 year old winger was on trial with Hereford United some two weeks ago.

He had been released by League Two Gillingham in September, after completing a short-term deal.

But there was little in his game last night that suggested he should be given a contract.

167 fans watched the game.

Meanwhile Saturday's visitors to Edgar Street were on the wrong end of a five goal drumming.

Dagenham and Redbridge were the latest team to be defeated by Shrewsbury Town in the Paint Trophy.
