Ternent Leaves Huddersfield

Huddersfield have parted company with boss Stan Ternent after just six months.

The veteran manager won just five of eighteen games in charge after being appointed towards the end of last season. Eleven summer signings and a bumper crowd taking discounted season tickets saw the club win only four matches this season, including Saturday's win over Crewe.

Assistant Ronnie Jepson and coach Mick Docherty have also left along with Vice Chairman Andrew Watson, who instigated Ternent's appointment.
