Huge Game says Robins Skipper

Cheltenham Town travel to Hereford this morning for what their skipper, Alan Wright, suggests is a huge game. With both sides currently looking like relegation candidates this is a highly important game for both sides.

"It's a huge game for us because we need to get some results after not winning in the last few matches," Wright told the Western Daily Press.

"All derby games are a bit special and it is a nice one for the supporters. We are both in the bottom four but this game is definitely as big as any other.

"We want to win every game but more so the teams around us in the league. If we can take three points it stretches the gap between us and them and gives us a bit of momentum to build on."

Bulls manager Graham Turner is also well aware of the importance of the game.

"The game is vital to us. There’s a lot of football to be played this season but it would do our confidence the world of good if we could get three points," Turner told the Worcester News.

"It’s important we get a goal or two. I would like to think we are due a slice of luck as we have had decisions go against us and keepers making saves."

The Bulls can lift themselves off the bottom of the table should the they win this game and, even better, if Crewe lose their game at home to Leyton Orient go above them as well.
