Results Round-Up

Leicester's 1-0 loss to Millwall, and Carlisle's 2-1 loss at Scunthorpe, mean that Oldham lead the division by three points after they beat MK Dons 2-0. Leeds moved up after winning 3-1 at Swindon, as do Walsall after a Michael Ricketts double helped them to a 3-1 win at Bristol Rovers.

Down the bottom the Bulls slip to 23rd with only Cheltenham below after Crewe beat Colchester 2-0 in front of their lowest League gate for several years. Stockport moved out of danger with a 3-0 win at Leyton Orient, while Northampton earned a creditable point with a 1-1 draw with Peterboro. Yeovil's 1-1 draw with Brighton, in front of their second lowest League One attendance ever, leaves them still in danger while Huddersfield's centenary season continues to frustrate after a 2-1 loss to Tranmere leaves them in 22nd.

In League Two Shrewsbury stamped their authority on the division with a comprehensive 7-0 demolition of Gillingham. Barnet earned their first point with a 1-1 draw with Morecambe, while Chester's Kevin Ellison scored a hat-trick as they won 3-1 at Grimsby. Bury kept pace at the top with a 3-1 win over Lincoln.

In the Conference Woking won their opening game since Kim Grant was sacked with a 3-1 win over Grays. Forest Green could only draw 0-0 with strugglers Northwich after Lee Fowler was sent off after half an hour. Kidderminster followed up their defeat of Torquay with a single goal win over Oxford.
