The first Friday evening game to be played at Edgar Street recently appears to have been a success by the increase in the gate.
4061 watched the game with 761 from Swindon.
The 3,300 Hereford fans were some 900 more than watched the Crewe game last Saturday.
And the gate might have been higher but for the appaling weather conditions earlier today.
