News Round Up

Figures currently available suggest that Rotherham have been losing, on average, at least £15,000 a week on day to day running since their last Administration period. They were gifted £200,000 by an unnamed fan on completing their CVA, and received £600,000 from the sale of two players in January 2007 - which was claimed at the time to be sufficient to cover losses until the end of this season. They owe a six-figure sum to the taxman as well as other debts in addition to the £800,000 received that has been spent.

Grimsby are cutting prices for their Easter Monday game to £10 for Adults as the club acknowledge fans have spent large sums on Wembley tickets with over 20,000 now sold. Macclesfield have extended the loans of Andrew Teague and Matthew Flynn to Hyde and Ashton for another month.

MK Dons have ended the loan of Nottm Forest winger Felix Bastians after the German failed to make an appearance for the club. He is expected to be loaned out to another League Two club before next week's deadline. Luton are to admit the 17 FA charges placed against them in November. The Administrator initially issued a denial of the charges after legal advice but, with a takeover in place, the club have now accepted liability.

Cambridge United will increase ticket prices for next season regardless of promotion to the Football League. Their current prices are similar to the Bulls, which they have held for the last four years.
