Turner looks forward to Chesterfield

It just under four weeks since Hereford United last played Chesterfield and tomorrow they will hope to get revenge after being defeated 4-0 that evening. Including that game the Bulls lost three games in a row but have won their last three.

"We are pleased with the comeback after three successive defeats, including the Cardiff defeat in the FA Cup," manager Graham Turner told the Worcester News.

"We have come back strongly and that's very pleasing.

"I am delighted with the manner in which we are playing and the chances we are creating but we are concerned with the goals against.

"It's a nervy time during the run-in and we have just got to hold our nerves.

"There's some decent sides up there and we are competing very well.

"It's three vital points at stake. We are the only team they (Chesterfield) have beaten in about six games so it would be nice to beat them to get the three points and to get some recompense for the poor performance at their place."

Meanwhile Turner has updated BBC Hereford and Worcester on the injuries to his two mid-fielders.

"I wouldn't think Toumani is going to make it.

"Ben Smith probably 60/40 against but the one thing is he didn't take part in anything last Tuesday so he didn't aggravate anything.

"We're confident even if he's not fit for tomorrow it shouldn't be too long."
