Dagenham have signed Mark Arber on loan until the end of the season from Stevenage to bolster their fragile defence. The former Peterboro and Barnet man spent the latter spell of last season at the Daggers, helping them to the Conference title. Former Premiership man Jason McAteer is working with Chester to gain his coaching qualifications.

Stockport boss Jim Gannon has blasted his board for selling striker Anthony Elding, hinting that he was sold due to money troubles. Managing Director Mark Maguire has denied there is a cash crisis at Edgeley Park, but admitted that finances are not as good as planned. Wycombe have released young defender Stuart Cattell by mutual consent. The 19 year old never made the first team.

Brentford have signed Fulham utility man Robert Milsom on a months loan. The 21 year old just signed a new deal at Craven Cottage but is yet to debut.
