Hooper happy to stay at Edgar Street

Gary Hooper has told the Daily Mirror that he would be happy to stay at Hereford United if they are promoted. Since partnering Sherjill MacDonald they have scored nine goals between them.

"When my loan is up I'll speak to the gaffer and see where we go from there. I'm enjoying playing and doing well at Hereford.

"We're doing very well at the moment and have a really good chance of going up.

"Sherjill and I have a good partnership and hopefully that will continue.

"We hit it off straight away."
