With the heavy rain of the last few days still falling (as at 9.30am), this afternoon will be a testing time for Hereford United's recently reseeded Edgar Street pitch.
To date just one game, the under 18's cup-tie against Millwall, has had to be postponed because of the conditions.
The local weather forecast suggests the rain will lessen as the morning goes on and there is a chance of some sunshine around kick-off time.
Supporters transport from Lincoln was due to leave for Hereford at 9.30am.
Roads affected by flooding around Hereford appear to be back to normal this morning. The A438 Brecon road which was closed at Letton is now understood to be open.
For those unable to be at Edgar Street, BBC Hereford and Worcester will have reports from the game, whilst the Lincoln City website will have full commentary.
