The Bulls ended Lincoln's mini revival with a 3-1 win over the Imps at Edgar Street today.
Manager Peter Jackson was incensed at the 10th minute dismissal of Gary Croft for a handball in the box. The resulting penalty was scored by Theo Robinson and, despite an equaliser from Lee Frecklington, some heroics from Wayne Brown and further goals by Trent McClenahan and Ben Smith settled the tie.
Whilst the wind and the rain hampered the Bulls' attempts to pass the ball, it also put off supporters. Just over 2,300 home supporters attended the game which leaves the Bulls in fourth place on goal difference.
