Dennis Wise admitted that Leeds United didn't performance last night and has come out with plenty of excuses.
"We didn't perform. We seemed to make a lot of wrong decisions and were off it. That might have been down to me for changing personnel, but this happens," Wise told the Leeds Official Website.
"You try to put certain personnel in, thinking it will work, but a lot of things were wrong.
"They passed it better than us, they got the start they dreamed of, and we couldn't do anything after that.
"We didn't play, we didn't pass it well, we didn't defend well and we didn't attack well. There was a lot wrong.
"I'll take some responsibility for that because I've changed things in the cup.
"We had enough time to get back into it after the goal. We had enough opportunities and good positions, but we didn't finish the good positions off.
"We caused ourselves a lot of of problems with our defending. We were too deep.
"There was no quality in the crossing, and even the set-plays...we looked a bit brain dead and had forgotten certain things. It's disappointing."
