Both managers spoke to Sky after last night's FA Cup Game.
Hereford United's Graham Turner who was first asked about Lionel Ainsworth.
"He's got a great shot with both feet and plenty of pace. He's got a good pedigree and if he keeps his feet on the ground, he could go a long way.
"I thought we deserved to win overall. We defended well and created quite a few chances.
"We weren't overawed in any way and took a lot of confidence from the first game. Leeds may have hit hard times but they are a big club and this is still a big scalp.
"But we've got to come back down to earth and think about Accrington on Saturday. The manager in me thinks that's more important but the chairman likes the money we get from the cup."
Then Dennis Wise with the Leeds reaction:
"All credit to Hereford. They got the early goal they wanted and they played very well.
"For us it was a bad night at the office. There was so much wrong. The bodies were there but the minds weren't. We kept on shouting to them from the sideline but people weren't doing it.
"We've performed well in the league but not in the cups this season and we are out of all them now. I didn't want to go out but it might prove a blessing in disguise because promotion is our main priority this season."
