Mansfield Town are the visitors to Edgar Street on Tuesday evening and after defeating Macclesfield 5-0 yesterday will be hopeful of continuing their recent run of results.
"But we do have our most difficult game of the season ahead on Tuesday when we go to Hereford who are top three and put five past Darlington today," noted manager Billy Dearden who had the Bulls watched.
"That is tremendous result for Hereford. Nobody would have said that they would score five today against Darlington who had only five goals scored against them all season. We'll have to keep a clean sheet as long as we can."
Talking about his teams five goals Dearden commented:
"To be honest I was disappointed we didn't score more goals and I was disappointed we gave them chances to score.
"But I was chuffed to bits to keep a clean sheet though.
"We have been creating chances in every game and we probably didn't deserve to win 5-0 today, though we will take it."
Meanwhile Shrewsbury Town defeated Wrexham 1-0 in today's only League Two game. The Shropshire team move up to 11th in the table some eight places below Hereford United.
